Jim Saba Sensei
Jim Saba Sensei has been studying
Aikido since 1988, from both classical
and non-classical perspectives.
He currently holds the rank of Nidan
(2nd degree black belt) in traditional
Ueshiba Aikido; and trained for over
sixteen years under the late, great
Dr. Tom Walker.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ergonomics and a Master’s
degree in Math Education. He is a professional educator.
Saba Sensei runs a successful Dojo in Deland, Florida
where he emphasizes technical Aikido and the use of Aikido
principles beyond the technical realm.
Despite having CP (Cerebral Palsy), Jim Saba has become a
highly proficient instructor of Aikido, and a powerful and articulate
inspiration for all who meet him.
